See also NuSwift case study. Radcliffes led the planning process to obtain a satisfactory consent for a 50,000 sq. ft foodstore. This involved detailed community consultation, and several public presentations.

Asda had a simultaneous application on the Council’s designated site elsewhere in the town, so Radcliffes co-ordinated huge public support for the Morrisons proposal, such that the planning committee overturned the officer’s recommendation and granted consent.

Upon receipt of consent, Radcliffes co-ordinated the construction of the new NuSwift facility before vacating the site for Morrisons to begin construction.
