Planning application for Yew Tree Farm, Farnley Tyas submitted. This comprises 8 refurbishments of listed buildings, and 10 new homes on the site of a now derelict farm that city at the heart of the village.

This will be the third and final farm to be developed in the village. The way in which these new homes can be integrated into the existing conservation area can be seen in the seamless manner in which Beech and Park Farms have blended in.
