Park Farm

This was a smaller development of 8 homes, comprising a listed barn, the existing farmhouse, and six new build properties – four on the southern boundary with south facing views over magnificent unspoilt countryside.

The quality of the previous Beech Farm development meant there was strong interest for these houses. Here we had to overcome the problem of the contractor going into liquidation which delayed the completion of the project. We brought in another contractor to finish the project and deal with snagging.

Approximate total value of Park Farm was £5 million.
