Morrisons, Rothwell
Morrisons required a site assembly and planning consent for a new store. We worked closely with Morrisons and Leeds City Council to piece together a multi-ownership site, and to ensure that a scheme approved by all stakeholders was submitted for planning.
When granted, this consent included the requirement to deliver some unit shops. This was not core to Morrisons business, and was a distraction. The latter part of our role was to see oversee the construction of the shop units, and ensure that they were leased to relocated businesses, and Institutional tenants.
Radcliffes understood our requirements, and delivered a complex project with minimum client input to a successful conclusion.
