Tesco Foodstore
This scheme comprises a complex land assembly of a 7 acre site in multiple ownership. Radcliffe's successfully promoted the development through the planning process which included a Public Inquiry.
The development involved the complete relocation of a sports club and its facilities before the construction of a 55,000 sq ft foodstore.
The store opened for trading in 2003.
