Acquisition of a strategically located 1 acre site in single ownership close to a junction of the M62 motorway. Value was added by obtaining consent for 40 apartments requiring detailed negotiations with Kirklees Metropolitan Council.

The construction and marketing was undertaken via a joint venture route with a specialised residential contractor.
