A joint venture with the Royal Bank of Scotland. This site is strategically located at the junction of the main two arterial roads leading into the town centre from the north. This 4 acre site was assembled from a number of ownerships.

The development of a public house and play barn has permitted a longer term strategy for the promotion of the balance of the land.
